Tendonitis: The inflammation of a tendon.
Bursitis: Inflammation of a bursa. Bursas
are located at sites of friction, especially
where tendons or muscles pass over bone. A bursa
usually contains little fluid but if injured it
becomes inflamed and may fill with fluid.
